Please help us congratulate Alex Gonzalez, our Student of the Week! 🏆

Alex has been training with Republic Martial Arts Academy since early 2024, and he recently earned his yellow belt! 💛

From the moment Alex stepped onto the mat, he has brought a positive attitude to his training and to everyone around him. Every time he steps on the mat, he works hard—not only to build himself up, but also to help his training partners become better.

Alex is also a huge part of our competition team. He consistently shows up motivated, focused, and ready to push himself to the next level. One of the things we love most about Alex is his willingness to train with everyone, regardless of rank or size. That kind of attitude is what makes a great teammate and a great martial artist.

Alice Mahan

This week's Student of the Week is Alice Mahan!

Alice has been training with Republic Martial Arts Academy since early 2022 and has grown into an outstanding yellow belt through hard work and dedication.

She is a strong-minded, determined competitor who is never afraid to challenge herself, but what truly sets Alice apart is her kind heart. She's always one of the first to step up and help a coach on the mat, is a fantastic training partner, and serves as a junior instructor for our younger students.

Alice loves drilling, embraces every opportunity to learn, and leads by example with her work ethic and positive attitude.

We're incredibly proud of the young martial artist you're becoming. Keep working hard, keep pushing yourself, and never lose that willingness to help others.
