Everyone will be responsible for their own tab.

We do want to decorate the Bar so if anyone is interested in helping us, let us know. So excited to seeing everyone.

The original date of July 25th is no longer available at the river rock. We really need people to express interest so that we know what size party to plan for. If we go for the smaller room, there is a 50 person max. If we need a bigger room, then we can fit up to 150. But we really need to know how many are interested before we can secure a room.

We have approximately 5 months until our 30 year class reunion. The committee had a chance to meet a couple months ago, but hit a brick wall when we were told by places that we were interested in, that in order to secure it we would need $1000 non refundable deposit. There is no "kitty" or fund, so it would have been one of us putting up that money.
It appears that with the last reunion there were people who thought they would be able to attend an then unfortunately couldn't. This meant some on the committee were out their personnel money that was needed to secure that spot. We would love to avoid that this time and would love any and all suggestions for what we could do.
Some Ideas...
a. Collect $ ahead of time, and hope there is a place still available?
b. Plan it for a lake and hope there is room.
c. Fill in the blank

We would really like to get a headcount of those who are planning on attending our 30th reunion next summer. We know it is early but this is just a baseline so we can start the planning and the costs. Please reply to this if you are planning on coming, be sure to include the number of people who will be coming with you. I think we are looking for the all adult event at this time and will be sending out a 2nd notice for if we have a family event. Thanks.
