Your child's lunches are a major source of the essential vitamins, minerals and proteins they need to grow and develop. Peanut butter and cottage cheese sandwiches, eggs or chicken salads are healthy lunches you can offer your child.
Did you know that your child needs peaceful sleep just as much as you do? For 3-5 year olds, it’s recommended to get at least 10-13 hours of sleep per 24 hours (including naps).

Don't forget to love, cuddle, hug, and respond to your child. Your affection and attention will help them feel safe and secure, and will also aid in their overall development.
