The Apollo Elementary PTA’s mission is to encourage and support a positive school environment with our students, staff, families and community as we strive to be advocates for programs and policies that nurture youth and education. We do this by sponsoring and funding programs, recruiting and mentoring volunteers, and working in collaboration with the Apollo staff.

The Apollo PTA is pleased to announce that grade-level school supply kits for the 2026-2027 school year are now available for purchase. This program is designed to simplify the process of gathering teacher-requested supplies and alleviate the stress of back-to-school shopping in the fall.
Parents can purchase kits online through June 30, 2026, by visiting http://1stdayschoolsupplies.com/gs/110879, or by scanning the provided QR code.

And just like that, is the end of the school year!
As a reminder, the last day of school for elementary students is next Tuesday, June 16th. This year, dismissal time will be 12:15 pm. Students can order with their teacher a grab-n-go sack lunch to take home with them.
Summer break: June 17th - August 26th, 2026
First day of school 2026-2027: August 27th, 2026
First day of school for Kindergarten students: Sept 1st, 2026

Congratulations!
The fun continues this week as more grants are awarded to educators across the Issaquah School District.
Congratulations to Apollo Elementary Merlin Program teachers Lauren Sreibers, Andrea Wolfe, and Jessica Ferranti who wrote a grant to bring LEGO SPIKE equipment to their students as part of their Robotics learning and building.

Please note: This address is our meeting point, not the trailhead. An Apollo family has generously offered to host the hike and lives directly across from the trail entrance.
