When we teach art and design, or STEM, we work with practicing close observation: what do you see? What do you notice when you look longer? What does it remind you of? How can you incorporate the influence into your design? Sometimes creative constraints are not optional - they are a necessity for making progress. In real life outside of school, there are very real budget constraints. Space constraints, and time constraints are also real. Knowing what you care about and what motivates and inspires can be helpful in making decisions under constraints. It’s when you can distill what is really important to you and how to communicate it with others.

Science continues to discover more about types and features of neurodivergence, including complex systems that interact with airway and vision.
