Join us TOMORROW, April 23rd, from 6-8 PM right here at The Multicultural Center for a conversation about the history of Asian Pacific Islander Americans in media, stereotypes, and the shift to modern representation.

During Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we celebrate the history, cultures and contributions of Asian and Pacific Islander communities that enrich the University of Nevada, Reno and our nation. Nationally, API Month is recognized in May. However, at the University of Nevada, Reno, the observance is celebrated in April, allowing our campus to engage before May’s final examinations and commencement activities.
