Our main focus is to instill a continued love for learning and social interaction. We offer help with homework, fun crafts and activities plus with access to our entire club we can offer physical playtime in the gym and outside.

Job description:
Program Director – Caughlin Adventure Camp
Caughlin Adventure Camp is seeking a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Program Director to lead our before- and after-school Adventure Camp program. This is a supervisory leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting staff, and ensuring programs run smoothly and successfully.
As Program Director, you will work closely with the Site Director to oversee daily operations, manage and schedule staff, and ensure a safe, engaging experience for school-age children. Our program provides care and transportation to multiple local schools and offers exciting full-day programs during WCSD breaks and school closures (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer), including transportation to off-site field trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and support program staff
Coordinate daily operations for before- and after-school care
Drive a 14-passenger van to transport children to and from schools and on field trips (must be 21+)
Plan, organize, and book field trips during school district breaks
Maintain accurate child files, schedules, and billing records
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a safe, fun, and high-quality program
Create snack menus and prepare snacks/meals for children
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable and confident driving a 14-passenger van with school-age children
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with school-age children and supervising staff preferred
Schedule:
8-hour workday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch
Must be available until 6:00 PM when coverage is needed
Compensation:
Pay based on experience
