Hi I'm Veronica Berkholtz. Im 12 years old and I love to cook. I have been gluten free all my life but I have recently been diagnosed with Candida. As a result I can not eat sugar. :( But hey, it's not as bad as it sounds! I have started to make extremely delicious foods that I can eat on my diet. Now being sugar free I want to share that being healthy can be fun and delicious. Being on a Candida diet has only strengthened my love to cook and eat. So now I want to share my delicious recipes for desserts, entrees, appetizers, and snacks for kids and adults of all ages.
