Hello, everyone! I hope your summer break has been going well! I would like to update you all on some events coming up.

First off, our club is looking for a fundraising chair. If you are interested in the position, please shoot us an email at [email protected]. Please submit your resume with a cover letter in the email. You must also be a national member of IEEE, you may sign up at IEEE.org

Secondly, if you would like to be a club member, please send us a message on this page or our email, with your preferred email address.

Regular membership is free to all undergraduate and graduate majors at the University of Nevada, Reno. The IEEE Lounge passcode will only be given to active members.

If you would like to be a national member, sign up at IEEE.org, which does cost 37.00 normally. Prices may change depending on what offers they have when you sign up.

Thirdly, the annual Club Fair will be on August 31st, 2017 at the Quad. So keep an eye out for us, and tell your friends to come chat with us to learn about our future events and goals for this upcoming semester.

Lastly, our first club meeting will be on Wednesday, August 30th, at 5:30 pm-6:30 pm. Mark your calendars! Our weekly meetings will be held Wednesdays at 5:30pm-6:30 pm. I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer!
