6 days until opening day! It’s an exiting beautiful time at the ballpark. The finishing touches are happening and of course food is part of the experience. Greater Nevada Field is taking their food safety very serious. A big shout out to them for hosting today’s Certified Food Protection Manger class.

Starting today, you may notice some new placards on your favorite restaurants, bars and food establishments.

An invitation is a sign of being needed, wanted and/or respected. Today I was invited to speak at the Douglas County School Dist. Professional Development Day. The fulfillment of such an invitation has me at a loss for words.
