2 Day Leadership Leadership Training with University of Nevada USAC Team.

Strategic Planning Retreat with Nevada Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors facilitated by Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training focused on key issues and priorities facing professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. In-depth discussions and actionable items were recorded to further advance best practices in Nevada. Board members from both Reno and Las Vegas attended the retreat. A review of current strategic plan is undertaken with both additions deletions of priorities. Breakthrough Training has facilitated two Strategic Planning sessions in Reno for NVBPELS.

Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Leadership Academy partnered with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training. Breakthrough worked with Directors and Managers during the academy to strengthen ways to continue the mission of TRPA.

A central focus of the leadership program is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments at TRPA to better serve the community of Lake Tahoe.

Breakthrough Training had a super time facilitating a 1 Day Leadership Training Program for Tahoe Resource Conservation District. These folks do a great job helping us to enjoy the recreation Lake Tahoe offers the world.

Team Building Program in Reno with Head Start in cooperation with Community Services Agency. The program had over 130 participants. During the session employees engaged in several team building activities to foster effective communication and team boding. The program also provided goal setting training where attendees also set measurable and actionable goals for their personal life and professional career. www.breakthroughtraining.com

Yvonne Shaw Middle School hired Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training to provide team building training for staff. The training was held prior to the start of the school year to help strengthen the team bonds with both teachers and administration and the students they serve. Several team building activities and discussion on how to build teams and foster effective communication in the workplace. The focus of the training was to appreciated and celebrate the contributions staff provides to children’s education and the community they serve both internally and externally.

Western Nevada Supply Leadership Training Program with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training was conducted over several months. Over 70 employees graduated from the 2 Day program. Leadership training includes employees managing different departments, office administration, floor managers, field supervisors, sales and customer service. Breakthrough Training offers development of leadership for managers, and supervisors for contractors and construction organizations in Reno for over 32 years.
