Congratulations to Davidson Academy students Juliette Leong and Ethan Mao, who will perform at Artown 2026 during Kids on Strings: Violins in the Museum!

Both students are accomplished violinists and members of the Reno Philharmonic Youth Symphony Orchestra. Their participation highlights the many talents Davidson Academy students pursue beyond the classroom.

This year’s class includes 41 remarkable students whose accomplishments reflect years of hard work, curiosity, and academic excellence. Among them are 26 National Merit Scholarship Finalists, continuing the Academy’s tradition of outstanding achievement.

As the only free public school of its kind for profoundly gifted students, the Davidson Academy is proud to celebrate the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished during their time at the Academy.

🎉 Davidson Academy students earned international recognition at the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Atlanta!

Five students were recognized on stage for their outstanding competition performances against top students from around the world:
