This week we are working on the letter W & X. We have our caterpillars that made their Christelis (cocoons) and are trying to come out into the world transformed. That is what our children do. They come to us barely able to hold a pencil and when they leave, some are reading. We are studying Wind and Weather, as well as the many uses for water.

Good Morning. I hope everyone is getting through your day without too much difficulty due to the smoke. We are once again open and I for one am excited to see our children again. We are learning about the Parables of Jesus, the colors red and green, circles and the letter "B". We have learned our alphabet in Sign Language. We know our colors and our numbers from one to 10 in Spanish. We'd love to have you come join our family here at Saving Grace Academy.

I am also looking for a full-time lead teacher. If you're interested, please call 775-376-1673. If no one answers, please leave a message as I am currently taking the role of a teacher and cannot always answer the telephone.

Our children are truly our future. It is our responsibility to teach them to love themselves and treat others with respect. As a Christian woman, it's my privilege to tell the children at Saving Grace Academy how much they are loved and cherished by our Heavenly Father. Today, the children learned what a parable was and that all the faith we need is just the size of a mustard seed. My faith could be stronger, but one thing I know, God was the entire reason Saving Grace Academy exists and why I'm here. I pray if you're reading this and are looking for placement for your child, you consider us. If you are just checking us out for a friend or family member, I pray you are well and perhaps encouraged by these words. Your Heavenly Father loves you and is ALWAYS there for you.
