We Are One Reno Yoga Teacher Trainings offers programs in Reno, Nevada Our foundation is set upon a way of living. In no way are we experts on these thoughts.
Specifically, we study and practice yoga's foundational guidelines, The Yamas & Niyamas. In yogic philosophy, these first two limbs of the 8-fold path, or Ashtanga Yoga, come from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We are practitioners and we're always in studentship to this great practice.

The hardest part can be showing up consistently. How is one to teach yoga without a consistent practice? First we must show up for ourselves. Teacher Training is almost finished! By the te they graduate, it will be 4 months and 200+ hours of practice and study. We are feeling Blessed and grateful to be able to share this practice with our community as a whole.
These trainees are gearing up to graduate from Yoga Teacher Training with 200-hours of study. They are learning about rhythm and movement in an environment where they can create. They are also learning about teaching to a full spectrum of students.
