Most of you know Abe lost his wonderful mare, Lady Beth this past year. I know she can’t be replaced but hoping to find a TWH mare who needs a loving home with Abe Carson. Preferably Black around 15 hands but will look at any mare with a great mind. Not looking for registered, just great disposition that loves to trail ride and possibly parade after COVID 19. Sense the heartbreaking loss of lady Beth. our colonel Abe Carson is Looking for a horse like Mac or Lady Beth for Abe Carson. Lmk if you know of a horse that might fit the Bill. Gaited horses only🤗 If you are trying to find a good home for one of your equine family members. You could do no better then having Abe look after them. The love and care that he puts into his horses has rarely been equalled in my Life. R.LER

The 1st Nevada Cavalry salute to a fallen war horse..... An omage to Lady Beth...... To the tune of the wearing of the green....................We will sing of Beth the war horse she was a trusted friend . She always charged into The Fray and safely home again .May she roam in heavenly pastures ,free from shot and shell . Until she comes to carry us home to Benny havens Oh

In the cavalry they don't say good bye. They say Until our next posting. colonel Abe Carson Has lost his beautiful Courageous dependable Lady Beth. This fearless horse would stand still for a cannon going off or a balloon floating at her Huff. Yet was hard to catch on the trail or the dunes of washoe. She will be missed.

New addition to the 1st Nevada cavalry. Sergeant Wyatt Lund, Has a new horse That goes by the name of Pecos Bill . Wyatt is very proud of the horses roping ability. I know that Wyatt will make him into a good cavalry horse

Great coats were pulled down for Weekend. It was chilly. Gotta get our horses legged up for the Reenactment At Fresno this October the 18th if you're coming get your horse medical we've got Room and in the trailer
