Left over Easter eggs? No problemo! Recycle your plastic eggs and turn them into musical maracas! All you need are plastic easter eggs, plastic spoons, dry rice and decorative tape. Fill your egg with a small amount of rice and close the egg. Then, place two spoons on each side of the plastic egg and then tape with your favorite decorative tape. Have fun everyone! It's maraca time!

Celebrating Diversity in Children’s Books with Lovely Illustrations In celebration of Multicultural Children's Day, we pulled some beautiful illustrations from a few of our favorite diverse titles.

We have some upcoming Spanish classes starting soon. This Thursday, January, 28th is the first day of arte español at the Nevada museum of Art. Please register your child at www.nevadaart.org.
