Just a heads-up regarding the schedule for the rest of June:

❌ No Sunday Sparring with Melia for the remainder of the month—she is hitting the road and traveling for tournaments! Let's wish her luck! 🏆

Here is my schedule for this upcoming weekend:

Saturday (6/6): Tournament Practice 🥊

Sunday (6/7): Open Sparring with me! 🔄
