As the new year rings in ask yourself
1. What boundaries do I need this year to better protect myself and my energy?
2. What toxic ties do I need to cut? This can be family, friends or a relationship. Trust yourself, you deserve better.
3. What skill am I planning on cultivating? This doesn’t need to be a hobby, for many of us dealing with trauma relaxing or resting can be a skill we desperately need to advance and work on.
