Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome our Eagle families back to school!

Below is a screenshot of our first two months together. The full document is on Class Dojo to help you plan throughout the school year. We'll also send home our monthly calendar during the first few days of school.

School begins on Monday, August 10, at 9:30 a.m. for all students. Pick-up and drop-off procedures can be found on our website at washoeschools.net/inskeep. Our playground gates will open each morning at 9:10 a.m. Families are welcome to park in legal parking spaces and join their students on the playground before school begins and again at dismissal.

You'll be able to view your child's teacher assignment in Infinite Campus later this week, and you should receive a ClassDojo notification on Tuesday, August 4.

One exciting personal update—I got married this summer! You may notice my name has changed from Dr. Egloff to Dr. Adams. While my last name is new, my commitment to our students, staff, and families remains the same. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to another wonderful year together!

New transportation information

🚌 A new way to stay connected to your student's bus ride.

This school year, WCSD is introducing Zum Transportation, a new platform designed to provide families with greater visibility into their student's transportation experience. Through the Zum app, families can view bus arrival information, receive service updates, and stay informed every step of the way.

We are looking for clean glass jars for our upcoming painting event. They will be used for water to clean paint brushes during the event. If you have any, please drop them off in the office and they will make sure they get to PTO. All jars will be recycled after the event so please don’t send in anything special that you would want back. It can be any medium to large mouth glass jar like spaghetti sauce jars, etc that you were going to toss anyways 😉 Thank you.
