We’re looking for a caring, reliable person to join our small childcare team. If you love working with kids and creating a positive, playful environment, this could be a perfect fit!

✨ Position: Part-Time Childcare Assistant
📍 Location: Mecosta
⏰ Hours: 10-16 per week
🗓️Days: 1-2 per week
🏁Start date: Early February

What You’ll Do:
• Help supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Assist with meals, art, outdoor play, diapering and clean-up
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels welcome

Who You Are:
• Friendly, patient, and dependable
• Enjoy working with children
• Able to follow routines and support lead teacher
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!

We are pleased to share that our group childcare program has 1 full-time opening available!

At Tadpoles Child Care, we provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Families can expect a consistent daily routine, a nature-based approach which includes our outdoor classroom in the Fern Forest. Outdoor play is a daily part of our program, rain or shine!
