A little bit about Mr. Driggers:

Mr. Driggers graduated from Jacksonville State University with both his bachelor's and Masters Degrees. He is currently serving as an officer in the Alabama National Guard and will be teaching 7th and 8th grade science at Southeastern this year.

A little about Mr. Mitchell:

Mr. Mitchell is a 2024 graduate of Auburn University and is currently pursuing a master's at UWA. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach and will be helping coach football and baseball alongside his teacher duties.

Mr. Wilson has spent 26 years in Education and Coaching. Spending his first 14 years in LaGrange, GA, Mr. Wilson made his way to Blount County, working at Susan Moore, collecting 3 area championships, 5 sub-state appearances, and 2 Sweet 16 appearances.

Mrs. Clark brings 27 years of nursing experience, including critical care, surgical orthopedic, and school nursing. Some of her most profound years were spent as a school nurse supporting and caring for students.

"Hello! My name is Sara Crawford, and I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year at Southeastern. I recently graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, antiquing, doing crafts, and baking. Southeastern would love to welcome Kimberlee Bearden to the team!

A message from Mrs. Bearden:

"Hi! My name is Kimberlee Bearden, and I am thrilled to join Southeastern School as a kindergarten teacher for the 2026–2027 school year!

My husband, Ross, and I have been married for three years. We have an almost one-year-old son, Beckett, and are excited to welcome our second son, Cooper, this December. We also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Pippa, who definitely believes she’s in charge!

Ross is also an educator in the Blount County School System, where he teaches English at Susan Moore High School.

The 2026–2027 school year marks my seventh year in education. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Pre-K, kindergarten, second grade, and third grade. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama.

Kindergarten has always held a special place in my heart, and I am so excited to be back in the classroom with our youngest learners. I love creating a bright, engaging, and welcoming environment where children feel loved, encouraged, and excited to learn. I can’t wait to begin this new adventure with the amazing students and families at Southeastern!"
