On Thursday morning, our Senior Class met in the Auditorium to hear all about the end of year activities---from our Senior Sunset tailgate to Senior Prom and the After-Prom party, from our Picnic to all things Graduation. I’m attaching the document that we gave out to each Senior who attended. The packet handed out at the assembly and attached on Schoology has all the important info you need! Please read through it carefully. In this informative packet, there is a lot of timely information and a few extra forms that must be turned in before students can participate in certain events.

School Dance Guest Form must be submitted to Mrs. Hornberger prior to obtaining a code for ticket purchase for Prom
Waivers must be submitted to the FHS After-Prom Committee (there will be parent reps at lunch shifts and these can also be turned in at the Main Office)

Senior Exam Early Dismissal Request Form must be submitted to the Main Office prior to exams beginning---this form gives permission for students to leave once exams are completed each day

Prom tickets are on salet! In order to purchase a ticket (or two) for $45 each (plus applicable online fees), students MUST see Mrs. Hornberger in person in order to obtain a unique code to use on the Ticket Spicket website: https://events.ticketspicket.com/agency/386e72bb-0d4d-4b87-8850-3d4abf0b3e19/events/099e9212-726d-4bf2-97fb-28bcf3891af4.

In order to participate in end of the year activities, students MUST have completed their required 75 hours of Student Service Learning and be in good standing behaviorally.

Reminder: Seniors will attend an assembly discussing upcoming events and graduation on Thursday, April 28, during 3rd period in the auditorium.
