It was a beautiful fall morning for some Reeds Spring Youth Football and Cheer! Nothing better than crisp fall air, football, and cheering on our amazing students!

We even got a good giggle out of Cpl. Stults’ sign, “CHEER OR GO TO JAIL!” 😂

It takes a village to raise and teach our kids, and we’re lucky to have a community that continues to show up for them.

The Wolves have some pretty great people behind the scenes!

Today is School Custodian Appreciation Day, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating Chase, Frank, and Nick!

They’re the ones fixing, cleaning, hauling, helping, and somehow always making things work when we need them to. They do a LOT that most people never see—and RSIS is better because they’re here.

Thank you, Chase, Frank & Nick! We appreciate you BIG TIME every day!

The October Library Lowdown is here!

September was a GREAT month in the RSIS Library! We had 89 students complete our September Reading Challenge and earn their locker magnet + a trip to the treasure box of fun! Check out a few of our September readers showing off their prizes!

Now it’s time for our October Reading Challenge! Students have all month to read, create, and earn their next prize. Details are included below!

And don’t forget to check out this month’s Library Lowdown for a peek at what we’ve been up to and what’s coming next.

Thank you for continuing to support our readers and all the fun happening in the RSIS Library!

THE GORWL JOURNEY HAS BEGUN!

Our RSIS Student Ambassadors kicked off an exciting year today by joining students from school districts across the region for the GORWL (Greater Ozarks Real World Learning) Virtual Kickoff Meeting!

These student leaders are ready to speak up, share ideas, and make their voices heard! Throughout the year, they’ll connect with educators and community partners and explore ways to bring Real World Learning to life by connecting classroom learning to the world beyond our school walls.

We are SO proud of these students for stepping up to represent RSIS and the Wolf Pack! They’re ready to learn, lead, connect, and make an impact!

A special thank you to Mrs. Robinette and Mrs. Chavez for serving as their advisors and supporting our students as they take on this exciting leadership opportunity!

Let’s go, GORWL Ambassadors! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish!
