We are thrilled to announce this new division at the Big Fresno Fair this year catered to children with special needs! Mckinley 4-H has been advocating for this show and thanks to the Big Fresno Fair we have it confirmed for Sunday October 4th, 2026. Please share this flyer and spread the word so we can celebrate as many special kiddos in that show ring as possible! Don’t hesitate to message us with any questions regarding the show and entries🍀🏆🧩
‼️INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP‼️
For those wanting to enter the Big Fresno Fair special needs livestock showmanship class, you will click on the link here https://fresno.fairwire.com/ ,
*Choose the exhibitor option
*Enter the first and last name of the youth exhibitor who is age 8-19
*Choose the option, “I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year”
*Fill in the exhibitor's information
*Under department choose, Special Shows
*For division choose, 1801 Special Kids Shows
*For breed write in the species your exhibitor wants to show. (Goats, Sheep, Rabbits or Poultry)
*For description, please write in owned if you own a goat, lamb, rabbit or chicken that your child is familiar with and would like to use in this show if possible. (We will want to do a health check prior to bringing the animals on the fairgrounds) Write in borrowed if you would like the fair to provide the animal for your exhibitor. (We have animals currently being trained for this purpose)
*For club, choose Open Show.
Then you will submit your entry.
You will then pay the $20 fee which will cover the cost of prizes and materials needed for the show. We hope to have custom shirts made for all of our exhibitors to wear in the show ring that day.
