What to say about these three 🥹 Caleb, Emma, and Payton have been with me for pretty much their whole little lives. Caleb was 3 months, Payton was 6 months, and Emma was 1 and now they are all off to TK 🥺 my heart is extremely emotional, but I am so very proud of all three of them. They are thriving and so ready for the next adventure in life. Reach for the stars my babies 😭🤍 I love you so and will miss you all like crazy!
