Our BTC Breakfast Club isn’t about telling girls who to be. They’re about giving them a chance to see what’s possible.

To hear from women who didn’t have it all figured out at their age - women who doubted themselves, questioned their path, and still found a way to build a life they’re proud of.

And also from women who did know what they wanted - women who set their sights on something big, fought for it, stayed focused, and didn’t give up even when it was hard.

Because there isn’t just one kind of successful woman.
There isn’t one right way to grow, or dream, or lead.
Some of us are still discovering who we are.
Some of us already feel that spark inside.
Both paths are powerful.
Both paths are valid.
And both paths deserve to be celebrated.
