🆓 Our Little One & Me Class at Weingarten Children’s Center is grant-funded for the 2026-2027 school year, which allows us to offer the class at No Cost to families!

Classes are held weekly on Friday mornings for one hour, onsite at Weingarten Children’s Center.
Parent(s) accompany their little one to class.

👶 Eligibility: Babies or toddlers under 18 months of age
🦻Child has hearing loss and uses hearing devices (e.g., hearing aids, cochlear implants) to access sound
🗣️Family’s goal is to teach their child to listen and speak
✏️Family can commit to regular attendance of the class

Classes are led by a certified Listening & Spoken Language specialist (LSLS Cert AVT/ AVEd). Spots are limited. Click the Inquire button to schedule a trial class.

Fun ways to bring books to life! We read Ada Twist, Science by Andrea Beatty and Illustrated by David Roberts. Then, we did hands-on experiments like blowing up a balloon 🎈with lemon 🍋 and baking soda.

You can do this at home too!
Step 1: Borrow the book from your local library or support your local bookseller.
Step 2: Get a lemon, baking soda, a bottle and balloon.
Step 3: Cut and squeeze the lemon and add baking soda into a bottle, put a balloon over the lid of the bottle, and watch it inflate!

We can't believe it's been two weeks since the last day of school! We are so proud of our students and grateful to our staff!

We're so grateful to our Weingarten Children's Center families. Today we were treated to Chipotle and tables were set up saying "Thank you WCC team! This week, we travel the world to say Thank You for being the world to us. Your dedication is the language of love that every heart can hear." 🥹

Our WCC (Weingarten Children's Center) parents continue to treat us this Teacher Appreciation Week. Wednesday's stop was sweet treats MCC (mochi, cheesecake and cookies). Thank you to our students and their families!
