It is beyond heart breaking the devastation of war in Gaza, and humanitarian aid has trouble getting supplies to those who will starve without support. I grieve the innocent lives, children lost, injured, starved, displaced. I am reminded that God hears the cries of the suffering, and has compassion for them.

I will be teaching 3 faith-based yoga classes, Mondays, June 9, 16, 23rd at 6:30pm-7:15pm weekly (in person at Church of Redondo Hills & online google meet ) to stop & pray for all those affected by war. I am asking for a $10 suggested donation per class (give more if you feel led). All funds will go to UNICEF (USA), providing aid to children in Gaza.

This is an earthly war, but it is also spiritual war! We must pray in the Spirit that God will reach hearts with the good news of the gospel, that reconciliation and peace can take place in the name of Jesus. Jesus can save, heal, rebuild, free, bring justice and bring peace. Thank you for reminding me that justice is non-negotiable, we pray for justice and peace. Hope to see you on the yoga mat for a moving prayer meditation.
