Rich Schwagerl has been teaching drums and percussion at Dietz Brothers Music since 1988 and brings over 40 years of professional performing experience. He has played with artists including Chuck Mangione, Horace Silver, Lou Rawls, Plácido Domingo, Taj Mahal, and Johnnie Johnson, and teaches a wide range of styles including classical, jazz, rock, blues, and pop with a focus on reading, technique, and improvisation.

Gabi holds a bachelor’s in music education from SDSU and has taught band & choir in schools across SoCal. Now she brings her passion for voice lessons, saxophone lessons, and percussion to Dietz Brothers Music!

When she’s not teaching, she’s a mobile dog groomer and performs with the palos verdes symphonic band and several Klezmer groups around LA.
