The Family Dance is only 2 days away and we need your help! We currently have 400 people RSVP’d, which is amazing… but also means this is a big production to pull off.
We’re still looking for volunteers for a few shifts throughout the event to help everything run smoothly. Our planning committee and PTA board have put a ton of time into making this a special night for our Madison families, and we’d love for them to be able to enjoy at least a few moments of the event too.
We’ll also have a quiet room available for anyone needing a break from the noise and excitement, along with sensory kits, and could really use a few volunteers throughout the evening to help support that space as well.
Please consider signing up to help make this end of year Madison family celebration a success ❤️
This is really about decorating the lawn with the number of your grade! Each student is bringing home a paper letter or number for their grade level (TK–5) to fill with drawings of their favorite things that made up this year. All pieces will be laminated and displayed on the front lawn throughout June to celebrate the end of the school year.
A few quick reminders:
•
✂️ Cut out the letter/number out on the borders before returning
•
🖍️ Keep it FLAT — no googly eyes, pom-poms, stickers, or 3D items (it’s getting laminated!)
•
📅 Return to your teacher by Thursday, May 21

We’re so excited to celebrate our amazing Madison teachers and staff this week! 💛
Be sure to check out the flyer to see all the fun goodies the PTA has planned.
We’d also love for students to take a moment to write a personal thank-you note to a staff member (or a few!). A template was sent home last week, please return completed notes to your teacher by tomorrow, Tuesday 5/5.
And don’t forget on Friday, students are encouraged to wear their teacher’s favorite color! 🎨
Thank you for helping us show our staff just how appreciated they are!
