: I have been constantly surprised at the amount of and I have seen in women over 60. Ladies, we are the generation that has changed the world and still does. We are extremely strong and capable. So what shall we do next? I’d love to hear some ideas. Dream big!

The older I get, the more I notice that my emotional energy is limited. Now I pay attention to where my energy goes, and I try to stay away from things that drain me. What about you? Can you relate? Let me know.

It wasn’t until he was 65 years old that he decided to start writing. Frank hit it big after 60, why not you too?
