What’s your kid doing tonight? Check out Triton‘s New Boxing and Athletic Performance program. Every Monday through Thursday 4 PM, 5 PM and 6 PM. Boxing, Athletic Performance, Weight Training, Self Defense and Jiu Jitsu. Come in for a free two day pass.

Thanksgiving day we will have the 9 AM class with Coach John. Triton gym will be closed the remainder of the day. Normal business hours to follow on Friday. We hope you have a fun and safe and delicious Thanksgiving day with your friends and family. We are so thankful for each and everyone of you.

Today at 4 PM is Triton‘s Halloween pizza party! Bring your little ones and bring a friend! All activities will be custom friendly so wear your costume for some added fun!

In honor of Labor Day Monday September 1st, Triton Gym will have the 9 AM Cardio Kickboxing class. All other classes will be canceled for the remainder of the day. Normal schedule will resume Tuesday, September 2nd. Have a fun and safe Holiday!
