Walk on Water

Having a horrible experience with Primo Waters of Los Angeles delivery. Actually am experiencing non-delivery water service at its finest. Have had more non-deliveries and cancellations by Primo without any notification, than actual deliveries of our orders. When checking, the system reflects the next pending delivery order, not the current one they missed.
The amount of time that I have wasted attempting to reach people at customer service is ludicrous and highly unprofessional. Not accomplishing anything once there, and then failed attempts to talk to a manager, makes me wonder if other customers are experiencing such non-attentive service too. If Primo can’t fulfill existing orders why solicit new customers? Oh yeah, so you can disappoint them too.

Had to go and post this online because Primo waters of Los Angeles can’t do their job of successfully delivering our scheduled orders.
Hope others don’t fall into Primo’s trap.
