Yesterday we had amazing worship led by Owen and Stephen. Then had Jonathan guide us on reading scripture. While we read through psalms 145 we did:
Lectio: read slowly and prayfully
Meditatio : reflect on keyword and meaning
Oratio : respond to Gods word in prayer
Contemplatio : Rest in God’s presence

Yesterday we dived in deep into the study of God’s character in Psalm 103.
Some of the questions we asked while reading:
1) Who is God and what does He do?
2) Without God, who am I, and what do I do?
3) With God, who am I, and what do I do?
4) Why does it matter, What does it mean for us?
Some of the many characteristics of God we read about in Psalm 103: Forgiving, Healing, Redeeming, Empowering, and Compassionate.
