Last week, on Saturday, Feb 7th, GRISM collaborated with (Society of Women Engineers UW) to teach students about engineering and make balloon cars using the engineering process. With teamwork and limited materials, the girls designed, tested, and improved their cars, and ultimately raced to determine a winner! The lesson was fun all around and it was so inspiring to hear from the young engineers of SWE UW! 👩‍🔧💡

This GRISM meeting on Saturday, February 7th, at 11 AM at the Redmond Technology Center, is a very special lesson! We have guest speakers coming from UW's Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to give a talk and organize a fun, hands-on engineering activity!!
