🗓 Thursdays: 7:40 – 8:40 PM
🗓 Saturdays: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Tai Chi classes are designed for adults of all experience levels. Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful practice, students improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
