On Sunday, May 10, 2026 team of current and former Ellipsis students presented their projects at the math festival Logic Land 2026.
We met new math young enthusiasts, students practiced their skills to engage, explain the topic, and play math board games and puzzles.
And of course, many familiar faces and friends. What an amazing way to spend Mother's Day.

April 25, 2026 Federal Way Math Competition

A new day. New results.

You showed rigor, speed, and precision under pressure. A correct answer is not luck; it is controlled recall plus ex*****on within the given time.
Saturday, used properly: push limits, solve hard problems, engage with math activities.

Many reached top placements. That outcome follows from the focus, discipline, and rapid retrieval of exact knowledge and skill. That mechanism is trainable, and you proved it.

Parental support is a force multiplier. You are great at logistics and consistency, which translates into measurable outcomes.

Results added to this year’s record:

Mental Math
4th Gr: Emilia M. (9th), Evgenii N. (8th), Anika P. (7th), Ethan B. (3rd), Mark K. (2nd), Alan S. (1st)

Spring is a busy season full of activities—and math is no exception.

From Math Kangaroo, Noetic Learning Math Contest, Math Challenge Tournament, Mu Alpha Theta, Math Fair, to Mustang Math, students are stepping up, competing, and growing.

Ellipsis Academy students are actively participating across these competitions. Each test builds focus, endurance, and problem-solving strength. Results matter, but the process matters more.

The students even asked their coach to join them in speed math. Everything for the students—yet the jitters show up even in a coach’s heart.

We celebrate achievements. We also recognize the effort behind every attempt.

Let’s push toward the stars—be a little smarter, more focused, and apply the skills gained along the journey.

Math is not just about answers. It is about persistence.
