Our 5th grade reporters sat down with Cascadia’s co-founders, the Franklins, who started the school in 1977 and led it for 40 years.

This was apparent in art class as our upper grades embraced the challenge of capturing orcas. They experimented and asked questions, and through a process of trial and error, created something beautiful!
