Here's what I do during every appointment:

I map out your brows to make them as symmetrical as possible. Highest point of the brow- check, lowest part of the arch- check, bottom of the brow- check, and finally the tail of the brow. Once these are symmetrical, I show you and make sure you are pleased with with shape, then the shading begins!

Want to avoid no-shows for your business? Here's a few tips and things I do to avoid cancelations and no-shows for appointments:

Be personable and happily answer your potential clients' questions. Everyone does not know what powder brows are, so I suggest educating your client on the service and taking time to answer their questions.

Say their name when speaking to them. That makes them feel like you care for them and that they are important (which they are!), and it makes them feel a human connection. (People don't like to talk to people nowadays, and things are very computer automated). This goes a very long way, and my clients/students say it's one of the reasons they book with me. Because I took the time to speak with them!

Take a non-refundable deposit. This makes your potential clients put some skin in the game and shows you how serious they are when booking an appointment. The deposit reserves their appointment date and goes towards their balance. Collect the remaining monies after you provide their service!

After your client booked their appointment and pays their deposit, send a confirmation email along with instructions on how to prepare for their appointment. This confirms their desired appointment time/date and makes them more excited about their appointment!

I hope these small tips help, but they also go a long way. People don't buy products and services, they buy people. And people remember how you make them feel, so always be kind and personable and let them know you appreciate their business!
