🍦☀️ Our annual RSM Redmond End-of-Summer Ice Cream Stand is always one of our favorite traditions — and this year was no exception! 🍦☀️

We gathered to celebrate the end of our summer program and, most importantly, our amazing students and all they accomplished this summer.🎉

There was plenty of ice cream, games, fun activities, delicious treats, and lots of happy faces!

A huge thank you to our wonderful RSM Redmond community for making this summer so special. 🌟

RSM Redmond enjoyed being part of the Movies in the Park event at Marymoor Park in Redmond this week. 🎬🧩

Before the movie, we had the opportunity to share math and logic puzzles with community members who stopped by our table.

It was nice to see both kids and adults take on a few challenges and explore problem-solving in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

Thank you to the organizers for including us in the event. We appreciate the opportunity to bring a little STEM fun to the community and look forward to future events.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of another successful school year! 🎈🎈

On June 7th, families, students, and staff from all three RSM Washington branches came together for our annual 🎉Awards Ceremony and Family Festival🎉 —one of our favorite traditions and a highlight of the year.

This special event gives us the opportunity to recognize the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our students, especially our math competition winners, while celebrating the incredible community we've built together. Seeing students from all three branches gather with their families to share in each other's success is always inspiring.

The day was filled with laughter, excitement, and plenty of opportunities to have fun and explore mathematics in new ways. From math stations and challenges to games, activities, food trucks, a math trivia competition, and an amazing magic show, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, it was a chance to connect, celebrate, and reflect on another year of growth and achievement.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff members across all three branches whose hard work, creativity, and dedication made this event possible. We are also grateful to all of the families who joined us and helped make the day so special.

Our annual 🍋Lemonade Stand🍋 at RSM Redmond was the perfect way to celebrate another incredible school year!

Our students enjoyed refreshing homemade lemonade, solved lemonade-themed math challenges, played fun games, and celebrated all the hard work they've put in this year.

It was a joyful afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and a little bit of math magic.

Thank you to our wonderful students, families, and staff for making this tradition so special year after year.

🏅 Celebrating RSM Redmond Competition Champions! 🏅

Over the past few weeks, RSM Redmond students have been receiving their medals and certificates in class, recognizing their outstanding achievements in the math competitions held throughout the 2025–2026 school year.

We are incredibly proud of their hard work, perseverance, and love of learning!

Congratulations to all of our participants and winners for representing our school with excellence and determination.

While the awards are already making their way into students' hands, we look forward to celebrating these remarkable accomplishments once again at our Awards Ceremony on June 7th, where we will recognize all of our competition winners and honor their achievements together!📚🏆

As we wrap up another incredible school year, we can't believe it's already June!

Between classes, school activities and competitions, and all the wonderful chaos that comes with the final weeks of school, we completely forgot to share one of our favorite tradition from May—our Wall of Thanks for Teacher Appreciation Week. 💙

Students and colleagues filled the wall with heartfelt messages, kind words, and expressions of gratitude for the amazing teachers who inspire, support, and encourage our students every day.

To all of our teachers: again, thank you for your dedication, passion, patience, and the countless ways you make a difference!

When your child was learning to walk or talk, they likely stumbled and tried again hundreds of times before they succeeded. But during those early attempts, you probably never thought, “Walking just isn’t their thing,” or “Maybe talking isn’t for them.” You understood that these skills develop through practice, patience, and encouragement.

Mathematics works in much the same way.

Mathematical thinking grows with practice. With the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to struggle productively, most children can develop strong problem-solving skills and confidence in math. 🌍 Earth Day at RSM Redmond 🌱

Our students came together for a school-wide project to celebrate Earth Day and share their ideas on how we can help protect our planet.

And we were truly inspired by their thoughtful and imaginative ideas 💚

On April 22, our Math Competition students put their skills to the test in the Purple Comet Competition—solving challenging problems, thinking strategically, and working as a team.

This is what our Math Competition classes are all about: building confidence, sharpening minds, and rising to real challenges.

And yes… we celebrated the effort with a well-earned 🍕 pizza party! 🎉

Summer math courses are now enrolling! Summer is a great time for students of all grades and levels to get extra math practice. During our program, students will have the opportunity to:

- Reinforce their math knowledge;
- Prepare for the upcoming school year;
- Take math competition courses for an additional challenge;
- And most importantly, prevent summer learning loss.
