During this one-day course, students will get the chance to learn more about 3D printing, then make a fun ornament and print it. Best of all, parents are welcome to attend too! Students aged 5–18 are welcome to attend. A parent or guardian MUST accompany students aged 13 and younger but are also welcome to join their student aged 14–18.

Each workshop is $50 per student under 19. Parents and guardians attend for free!

3D Modeling and Animation with Blender (for ages 9-13) filled back in April, but we just had ONE SEAT open up for our Aug. 4-15 session! This workshop takes place at our DigiPen Redmond campus, from 9AM to 4PM, Mon-Fri. Register today, before this seat fills!

This workshop introduces kids to the fundamentals of 3D modeling that professionals use every day. Instructors will demonstrate the initial building of forms, the lighting and texturing techniques that help convince our brains something is real, and some of the very basic animation concepts used in modern filmmaking and video games. By the end of the course, students will have everything they need to begin crafting a fully realized 3D scene.
