I'm so excited to share this chapter from my upcoming book for women living through menopause. I am in pre-menopause myself and know how frustrating it can be, so I've assembled the very best therapies to help all women manage this phase of their lives. I hope you enjoy this chapter and I'll be sharing others in the coming weeks and months.

An excerpt from the forthcoming book Improving Women’s Health Through Manual Lymphatic Drainage by Li Ye “Rita” Rawlings, Female Owner and Chief Therapist at Red Cupping Clinic, Redmond, Washington, USA. Menopause does not arrive the way we expect it to.

We recently had a senior patient come in asking for help with pain in her lower back and also wanting to tone up her face. We provided Cupping and Gua Sha on her lower back to remove the pain and gave her a gentle facial lift therapy (90 min. Lymphatic Drainage). You see the photo below after the first session on the left, and then 4 days later when she was getting her third treatment. Her back pain was fixed and she was super excited about how it smoothed and lifted her face and neck.

This Liposuction Surgery patient was super happy with the speed of her recovery after our Lymphatic Drainage therapy. Her doctor said she'd need 6 months to recover, but just look at the speed of her healing after just 5 weeks of Lymphatic therapy. Heal Faster!
