Today we’re celebrating faculty and staff members who have reached an incredible 20-year milestone at Bear Creek!

For two decades, they’ve shared their talents, invested in students, and helped shape the community we know and love.

Thank you for the countless ways you’ve made Bear Creek a special place. Here’s to 20 amazing years! 💚🐻

For her Senior Project, Marie set out to explore how people think about death, and though this is a difficult and sensitive topic, she was able to do so in a way that both respected the gravity of the subject but also shone a light of hope.

The depth of her analysis demonstrated the care she took to respectfully listen to many different views, a habit that will serve her well in her chosen career as a medical doctor. Additionally, she created a sophisticated and thought-provoking documentary illustrating her findings.

She spent time getting to know each student so that the bookmark would reflect his or her unique personality. Her project emphasized the value of a community that knows one another, cares about each other, and supports one another.
