10 Round Tuesday in the books! The rolls don’t stop, so it’s awesome to see you guys meet and surpass the 10 rounds. You guys are some savages!! 🫡🙏🏼
It’s important to lock in on the position. If it’s a certain guard, make sure the guard is stout, because without a good starting point, the technique will collapse under pressure, aka in tournament.

Gotta give a big shout out to the 60 grapplers that made it in to open mat today! Summer can be hot and deterring to wanna roll on a Saturday morning, so to show up and be savage the way you all have been… it’s a beautiful thing 🙏🏼🤼♂️🤼♀️🧟♂️
