Redlands Traditional Martial Arts

We’re about to go live with our Test of Spirit Training Day at Redlands Traditional Martial Arts.

This was meant to be our first workout of the year, and while it was postponed due to conflicts, today is about showing up and putting in the work together.

We’ll begin just after 10:00 AM.

The live feed will be broken up by activity and may run in segments of up to an hour at a time.

Today is not about corrections or detailed instruction.
It’s about training together.
Sweating together.
Pushing ourselves.
And leaving everything on the mat.
