Gratitude As A Super Power:
I used to think that gratitude was just something I did because as a kid I was taught that it was polite to say "thank you." And I didn't want people thinking I was a brat, so I gave thanks!
And I discovered, like most people, that when life is easy, it's easy to feel grateful.
However, as I also discovered, when life became very, very hard, I found it impossible to get into a state of appreciation for anything! And the further I got from gratitude, the deeper I fell into despair, anger, frustration, and resentment.
There is a reason that Paul wrote in his letter to the Thessalonians, "In all things give thanks."
Note: he did not say "for all things," give thanks. Nope, he was saying that no matter what kind of awful things may be happening in your life, find something, ANYTHING, to be grateful for.
This is why gratitude is also an advanced tool for transformation; it takes a LOT to stop focusing on what's wrong in your life, and in your world, and instead choose to find the good.
And we will be doing this - together - in the 40 days of gratitude online intensive. 40 days of grateful living - 40 days of appreciation - 40 days to transformation.
I hope you'll join me (we'll be doing this on Facebook in a secret group setting) - this is going to be so powerful. And remember, you were never meant to go this alone - we do it together and we get stronger together!
40 Days of Grateful Living Online Intensive - $20

And, like me, you’ve probably thought “I’m a grateful person – I say thanks if someone hands me a piece of cake, or opens the door for me.”
