One final assembly together before our 6th-year students graduate and begin their next adventure! We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see the amazing things they do next.

A day at the farm 🚜

On their field trip to , one of our Lower Elementary communities spent the day picking oranges, meeting and feeding animals, tasting fresh honey, and enjoying a tractor ride. Experiences like these bridge classroom learning and the wider world!

On Earth Day, we pause to appreciate the beauty and abundance of the land that sustains us, and recognize those who have long cared for it. We honor the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation and Cahuilla Band of Indians, the original stewards of this land, whose deep knowledge and care have shaped this region for generations. 🌱

At MIR, we are inspired by this legacy of respect and responsibility. Through daily connection with nature, students participate in caring for the Earth and begin developing an understanding of their role within a living, interconnected world. 🌎 💚

One of our families shared their passion for robotics and brought in a WALL•E replica. Their presentation gave students a glimpse into how robots are built and controlled, and highlighted WALL•E’s role in helping care for the planet by collecting and managing waste. In honor of Earth Day next week, students also reflected on ways they can care for the Earth in their own daily lives. 🤖✨

This is a relaxed, adult-only opportunity for families exploring preschool options and members of the Redlands community to visit the MIR campus, learn more about our Toddler and Primary programs, and get a feel for the heart of Montessori learning at MIR.

Enrollment is currently open for the 2026-27 school year for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

We hope you’ll join us, explore the campus, and imagine your child’s next steps at MIR!
