Happy 2022 everyone!!! As the year gets started, we contemplate the ways we can improve ourselves, professionally and personally. Exercising your body and mind are essential to your wellbeing. Why not seek out a traditional Martial Arts school near you? Systems such as Kyokushin, Goju Ryu, Aikido, Kung Fu among others are considered "Traditional" as they have stood the test of time and base their principals on morals and ethics. Training without ego and looking to become a better person should be the focus to help you thrive. Do some research and give one a try!

Time with family and friends is so important during the holiday season. This is when we cherish our time with our loved ones, hold those that are no longer with us closely in our hearts, and reflect on the things that have made our lives special. All of you are important to me and my family, and being a part of our karate family, past and present, you have made this year even more special. Enjoy the holidays and I would like to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas. God bless!

Good afternoon everyone!
As we enter the final month of the year, I would like to thank you all for your continued support of the Hawk Karate School. It has been a difficult year for the School but we are pushing through! Class training has been challenging due to State restrictions but we have found a few ways around this with outdoor classes. Although this is California, we will start seeing the winter weather come in. This means you will have to take the initiative with training on your own in your personal spaces.
But there is light at the end of the tunnel! I plan on doing more outdoor events in 2021. I will maintain an updated list of events on the website www.IEKyokushinkai.com with the most current changes in times and locations. Students should make every effort to attend the school events as some are required for promotion…more importantly, this is where you grow!
In closing, I wish you and your families a safe holiday season and can’t wait to begin this next year in training. See you soon!
Great job today by our promotion participants! It was hot but everyone did well.
Classes at the Redlands dojo will be starting once again on September 1, 2020. They will be held outdoors to comply with health restrictions. Contact the Redlands Family YMCA for further.
