Just a reminder that there is no school on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day...

(and another reminder - the 11th/12th campout is on Tuesday-Wednesday of next week)!

All community members invited! At 9:15am in the lower level of the high school building at 200 Nevada Street (we recommend parking in Heritage Park and taking the path to the High School off of Orange Street - Guides will be present to help), 9th graders will demonstrate their leadership and communication skills by inviting their community to take action on topics they care about. These presentations will take place in a "science fair" type setting where community members can view all projects and speak to the researchers. Students presenting have worked to research their chosen topic and then create an engaging presentation to help the audience learn and act on that sustainability issue.

Of course, this means that they need their community to present to (that's YOU!). All Grove Community Members are invited to join the 9th graders as they work to make the world a better place.

A reminder that The Grove School will be on Spring Break from March 23-April 3.

We will see you back on Monday, April 6, although you can probably catch us at on Saturdays, rain or very warm shine!😊

We are thrilled to announce that Grove has been named as a California Distinguished School for 2026. We have met the criteria for Achievement Gap Closers, meaning our data show we have accelerated academic progress for two or more groups that have been historically underserved, while also demonstrating achievement for all students that is above the state median and maintaining or increasing academic performance for all students.

We are honored to be part of only 408 schools in the state, 20 in the county, and two in the district to have been given this distinction. This achievement stands as a testament to what is possible for charters, and the hard work and dedication of our teaching team and community at large. Way to go, Grove Team!
