Just over a week ago we had the opportunity to train alongside our World Tang Soo Do Association family at the WTSDA Region 5 black belt camp.

It was an amazing time of learning, growing, seeing old friends and making new ones.

Although Metro didn't have any students pre-testing, we did have a few "extended family members" who were.

Can't wait until next year!

Our youngest karate classes love learning about teamwork and board breaking day!

July 17th and 18th was the World Tang Soo Do Association's World Championships in Schaumburg, Illinois.

I am so beyond proud of each and every one of our students who participated.

We had a total of 33 registered attendees (plus all of their supportive family)

Although medals are cool and you should be happy about them, I am most proud of the true FAMILY our students and their family's have made Metro Michigan.

The way each and every one of our students interacted with our fellow class mates, competitors, and everyone that came in contact with is what I'm proudest of.

The only way to have lost is to not had fun, made no friends, and learned nothing.

In total Metro came home with:
